INVITATION - Florida Craft Brewers Guild – Conference & Trade Show

Publié le 14 Juin 2017 à 15:06:11

Bonjour à tous,

Voici plus bas une invitation pour le Florida Craft Brewers Guild – Conference & Trade Show.

Ça se passe au début du mois d'août.

Merci et bonne journée!

Caroline Leclerc

Greetings from Miami –
An urgent note for those of you with clients that might be wishing to take advantage of the first craft brewing trade show and conference held in Florida.  We expected a great response but before I could even negotiate a full block for Canada, the show sold out.  HOWEVER, some great news as a few more independent booths were opened up as the space expanded and, with sufficient interest, I should be able to host 10-12 companies on “mini tables” in a Canadian Hospitality Suite in a connected ballroom to the trade show floor space.  It is URGENT that you reply to me to confirm interest in the mini-spaces or act quickly to nail down a booth.  .  I think you will see that the prices are VERY reasonable and this show will comply with the CanExport and Agri-Marketing assistance for suppliers.
Call for interest – Florida Craft Brewers Guild – Conference & Trade Show
OPPORTUNITY – The Trade Commissioner Service in Miami seeks to host a Canadian pavilion and support Canadian companies attending the Florida Craft Brewers Conference and Trade Show.
When: August 7th-9th, 2017
Where: Address Orlando, Florida, USA
Who should attend:  Canadian suppliers of the Craft Brewing Industry interested in accessing over 150 Florida Breweries in existence, the 50 more set to open in 12-18 months, and other breweries from the Southeast USA. (Organizers estimate 250-300 delegates in attendance.) This first ever Florida Brewers Conference will provide brewery personnel and industry tradespeople with a high quality educational experience, plus an opportunity to network and share delicious Florida craft beers during the two-day trade show.  (Note: focus is on suppliers to brewers in the US, not Canadian beer exporters.)
Key Sectors: Ingredients (malt, hops, adjunct, etc.), machinery, brew systems, fermenting tanks, hoses, pumps, retail displays, serving systems, refrigeration systems, barrels, belts, canning systems, bottling systems, glassware, labels, packaging, software and professional services.
Support:   If there is sufficient interest by Canadian clients, the Trade Commissioner Service in Miami will host a Canadian Pavilion to provide low cost to no cost exhibit space (this is for the smaller pavillion tables, full booths are VERY reasonable but not discounted), industry contacts and networking opportunities plus an enhanced focus on Canadian innovation and companies during the show. Information on other TCS market support and funding programs that may be beneficial can be found here:
-          Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s Agri-marketing Program (for ingredients only)
-          Global Affairs Canada’s CanExport Program (for all other non-edible products listed above) – note that this program is for first time exporters to the U.S. Companies have to be able to provide an overview of their strategy to penetrate the U.S.
Event Description:  Best described as a regional Craft Brewers Conference & Expo, the show will have a selection of speakers and educators for Craft Breweries (focused on FL & the South East USA), industry panels and a trade show floor.  (Sold out quick, a few spots booths have been opened up today.)  Focused attention of an estimated 350-500 breweries from Florida and the surrounding region.
If you are interested please contact Trade Commissioner Matthew Waldron via email at or via telephone at (305) 579-1610  to get on the list for the Canadian delegation and/or exhibition space.
